Terms of Service

CSMAC provides booking, quote, scheduling, customer management, and related business tools for auto care operators.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, pricing, service areas, calendar settings, and customer communications.

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including actions by employees, contractors, or other authorized users.

Paid access is provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated during signup.

Trials, cancellations, payment collection, and invoices are processed through the payment provider shown during checkout.

Complimentary access periods may be granted at CSMAC's discretion and may expire automatically at the end of the granted period.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law.

Veteran, disabled veteran, and 100% disabled veteran discounts are available only to eligible operators who complete ID.me verification through the verification flow provided by CSMAC or its payment process.

Current discount tiers are 35% for verified veterans, 65% for verified 10%-90% disabled veterans, and free access for verified 100% disabled veterans, unless a different written offer is shown during signup.

Discount eligibility is determined by ID.me and the information submitted during verification.

Discounts apply only after successful verification and may not be applied retroactively to past charges unless required by law or expressly approved in writing.

CSMAC may update, pause, or revoke discount access if verification expires, eligibility cannot be confirmed, the account is transferred, or the discount is misused.

If you connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, payment, email, SMS, or vehicle data services, you authorize the platform to exchange data with those services as needed to operate the features you enable.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

VIN-powered quotes and vehicle specifications are provided as estimates based on available data sources and configured operator pricing.

Operators are responsible for confirming vehicle requirements, service suitability, final pricing, taxes, fees, and parts availability before performing work.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

The service is provided as a business software tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
